Subject: sick wild baby bunny

Found a very tiny baby rabbit in our garage. Has returned twice after being released into the wild. Today (3 hrs ago) could not stand and rolled over onto side. Took water and bit at some lettuce. Chopped carrot into miniscule pieces and left with it. Is breathing well and eyes are clear. Is it malnutrition? What else? Any suggestions? Our family is distraught with this poor baby's plight.
