Subject: Is my Dutch Mad at me or sick

We have 3 bunnies I feed them the same time Hoppy ( 2 Yr old Dutch) was her usual playful self
Left the house a 7am Wife left at 11am hoppy was fine
I came home about 2pm No lights in the house Bad rain storm was going on No music ( Usual there is music for the bunnies)
Hoppy grunt at me when I got near ( ran from me, Bite me never did that Before )and just lays here utill I aproch the she runs What could be wrong
Is She mad Sick or in heat
