Subject: Help! My rabbit is hurting me!

I got Rufus earlier this year, in the spring at a petting zoo in a fair. I've had her for this time, and she hasn't seemed to warm up to me at all. I've done what I could to pay attention to her and make her feel safe and trust me, but every time I walk on to my closed-in back porch(where she has free range and an open cage) she runs for cover. She won't even come near me willingly.
Well, recently, when she's frightened more than usual, she's taken to reacting violently, jumping up on her hind legs to claw at me or one of my other animals, but no damage has actually been done. However, just tonight, I was trying to shur her in her cage for the night so she could share the back porch with one of our cats as it is getting cold, and as I was shutting the cage door, she jumped up at me again, but this time, she sank her teeth into my finger, resulting in a deep cut on the tip of my index finger, another right by the nail, and another on the other side of the nail. All of which were bleeding profusely. I now have my finger bandaged up, and it'll only cause me brief discomfort as I am right handed and cannot draw without the use of my index finger. However, I am also very emotionally hurt as well.
I love my rabbit very much and just the fact that she is so frightened of me and everyone else bothers me deeply. I am worried that these "attacks" will become habit and she will not trust anything and she won't be as much a part of our family as, say, our dog.
I've made sure not to lose my temper with Rufus and thwak her or yell at her or anything because I understand that that will only result in scaring her more.
My finger hurts and I am saddened by her behavior and I would love it if anyone could help me.
