Subject: hopping on one foot

im so scared.my bunny flopsey a mix of a red rex and lop is only hopping on one foot i dont know what to do.she is 4 years old and i know her time is coming but when she walk/hops around the back of her just flops around i tried several ways to find out wat was wrong. we had moved down to florida just 4-5 weeks ago from new york and she was just fine. also she is an outside bunny we leave her in the leni/porch the fan is always on and i always try to keep her cool. even bought play sand and dumped water in a sand box so she would have her own beach.she also hasa litter box and a large cage full of hey watter and pelet food. she has wood blocks and of course my nice pink flip flops that she plays fetch with and chews. flopsey is my baby and i had her since she was able to fit in my palm. she now is about 12-17 lbs and about 2 feet long.please help im so scared i dont know what i would do with out her help!help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
