At about 5 months of age you'll see your bun go through behavioural changes that are linked sexual maturity. Some are quite mild, but at the other end of the scale is aggression, biting, punching, territoriality and phantom pregnancy. Spaying will fix these problems and you'll have a happier pet.

Spay/neutring also protect your bun from a number of cancers of the reproductive organs.. make sure the vet removes the uterus along with the ovaries. Altered pets live longer and are generally healthier and happier. And of course you don't contribute to the number of dumped rabbits each year due to unwanted/unexpected pregnancies.
