Subject: My Rabbit Is Loosing Hair

I bought a rabbit from a very reliable source when he was 10 weeks old. He is now 3 months away from becoming a one year old rabbit. But the catch is he is loosing hair and balding in one spot on his back. Is this something I should worry about or just an after winter phase?
