Subject: My dwarf bunny is a CHEWER, what can I do??

I'm not able to let my rabbit run the house freely because he chews on every electrical wire he can find so I've been letting him run around in my master bathroom. That was fine for about 4 months but now he's starting to chew the wood baseboards and he's destroying them. I've tried using a bitter spray but he doesn't seem intimidated at all by it and continues to chew. Any other suggestions? I'd like to kick this habit of his before I replace my baseboards. Thanks.
