There's a lot of misinformation about rabbits in books (and on a lot of web sites). I have a book called Bunnies...as Pets. Like your book, it says that rabbits can never be housebroken. In another part of the book it says "If possible, get a young bunny. The older a rabbit is, the tougher it is to tame." I've always heard the opposite.

I guess the best piece of advice for everyone is, don't believe everything you read and hear. If your're not sure about something, check out several sources.
