Subject: Runny Eyes

Hi, I'm new to this site and am looking for some information from anyone that can help me out. I have three rabbits, two of which are outdoor. This morning when I went outside to feed my babies, I noticed my older rabbits eye was running. The fur around his eye is wet and is starting to look matted a bit. He allows me to touch around his eye so I know he's not in any pain. Does any one know what this could be from and what I should do for him? I dont' think I'd be able to get him to a vet (besides it's cold outside here in NY and I don't want to shock him by taking him into a warmer environment) Is antibiotic drops a must in this situation?
