Subject: Dutch Rabbit biting!!!

O.k I have a 2 pound black dutch rabbit named Oreo, he is cute as a button and everyone loves him ~ but the problem is, that he bites at times. I have him at school with me and I don't know how to fix this problem I give him wooden blocks and toliet tubes to chew and still at times he bites.
