I don't think breed is an issue as most buns have the same care except for the extremely long haired breeds like angora's.

For information on care of rabbits you can't go past the House Rabbit Society

www.rabbits.org

they have a lot of helpful articles on diet (extremely important) and general care, including housing.

On housing, you should seriously consider keeping the bun inside. Apart from the cold, if you live in a rural type area the bun will be at risk of disease such as myxomatosis if it is living outside.

Once again the House Rabbit Society has some good information on indoor care for the bun.
