Subject: hair loss circles around eyes

My bunny has hair loss circles around each eye. Does anyone no what is causing this? and how to treat it. She had a litter of 12 , six weeks ago. They are all fine , healthy, no hair loss. Could it be mites? fleas? She is not allowed on the ground , she's caged in a 4' tall pen. thank you , Granny Pat
