Subject: The Outlaw Race

The Outlaw Race that will be held at Denton will ran as follows: There will be no qualifing passes or the # 1 car runs #16. To help draw the fans and give everyone a chance, this race will be ran by " LUCK OF THE DRAW ". Whatever 2 cars are pulled out of the hat, than that is who will race and so on. This should be more beneficial to the slower cars. NTD will be paying the top 16 cars.
