Of course need to punish the student who are delay their homework la,because it is unfair to those who are be punctual to hand it.If everyone have the same treatment no matter when they hand their homework,even delay one month or two months,it is exactly unfair .So i think if student really don't hand on time ,professer should set the other deadline for wholly depends on the necessary .If student are late,it must must MUST NEED to DOWN GRADE for the punish.
