I think Jeffery Yip's thesis (2000/2001)would be a good example. The topic's on school drop outs, using Marx's notion of alienation, reification with a tinge of Bourdieu and Mead. The methods are pretty clear, qualitative in nature, and good writing style as well. Be sure to find out if there are any changes to the lay outs of the thesis, eg: references, endnotes, paging, etc...
Most importantly, spend more time editing the thesis, at least a couple of days. Clarity in presentation out weighs the intensity of field research. Do go through Howard Becker's "Writing for Social Scientists" before producing anything. An easy read, a day would suffice in finishing the book.

Regards.
