Subject: Penniston in Plunger

following family of Michael Penniston who was bapitzed as adult St. Helens, Plunger in 1787. He married Nancy Clifton 1791 and buried 1841 at St. Helens. His brothers Thomas 1763-1840 and Jabez 1776-1856. All three buried at St. Helens, Plunger. Would census of Jabez 1841 or 1851 tell birth place? What non-conformist records would one suggest looking at for this family?
