I have 1851 census for Leicester and came across in my own research the following re James Ragg:

Folio 2089 141 30 Belgrave Gate, Leics.

James Ragg (H) Aged 30 Butcher
Mary Ann (W) 28
James Christopher (S) 7
Frederick William (S) 5
Alfred Henry (S) 3
Frances Ellen (D) 1

Hope this might be of help to you - >According to internet information there was a marriage

>Collingbourne, was at that time already deceased and
>left a widow, possibly Ellen and unknown children,
>whereabouts unknown. Would like any information
>especially identifying the 2 people in the listed
>marriage.
