There was a Joseph Ross in Leicester born 1866 and in 1891 he lived in Laurel Road with his wife Louisa (English).
His father was also Joseph Ross born in Leicester 1839.
Joseph (1839) was my gt gt grandfather and if you are connected I would love to hear from you.
