Subject: Running the option

How do you hand off to the fullback when running the triple option? I've tried using the lateral button when the QB holds the ball out to the FB, but then the QB pulls it back and starts down the line with the HB. Am I not hitting the button fast enough or is there another trick?

EA Sports hint page says to hit x to snap the ball, and hit x again to hand off to the FB. I haven't tried this, but it is from EA's site.

Actually when you press x to snap the ball just hold it. It will hand the ball to the fullback.

The way I do it is just hold the button when you snap it. You CAN push the button twice - but sometimes I miss it.

So just hold the button down.

Immediately after you hike the ball, press the X button again and hold it till the quarterback hands the ball to the fullback.

All you have to do, it hit the X button just before the QB fakes the FB, this will hand it off.
