Subject: Research Matrix Hassle

I showed Fred a copy of the reward matrix we are working on. I explained that we can't come to a fair solution for the research team. I dread kicking off March with eight angry research people in my office. He promised a decision by Monday afternoon, 2-28. Here is a copy of the matrix for review.
Rewards Matrix

Attendance 30% Perfect=30, one incident=15, two=0
QA 30% Department standard or higher=30
AHT 10% Meets department standard=10
Productivity10% Meets department standard=10
Wild Card 20% Fred will change this every month
to reflect current conditions-
one month the emphasis may be on
overtime, another on attendance.
