Dear Mr Chris Bell,
I am French and I am writing a book about Sir Charles Bell's stay in Brussels in 1815, and I would like to know more about what he did there and then. I know that he had a diary, but unfortunately this diary cannot be found in any library. Is it part of the items that your family holds ?
I would be very happy to get in touch with your family and to tell you more about all that.
Thank you very much for your help.
Best regards.
