Affirmations are a wonderful way to increase the energy around you when you want to manifest something in your life...such as a better relationship, a new house, a car, whatever it may be. Sitting quietly twice a day, picturing in your mind's eye what it is you desire, having a deep feeling that you already have it and being grateful for it are all parts of the manifestation process. Affirmations during the day help to keep this picture in mind, such as I enjoy love in my life now, or I own a beautiful new home, whatever it may be, keep affirming it.
Let it go and believe that it already exists...this will attract the proper path and people to you to for the manifestation of your desire.
