One of the most important things we can do for ourselves is to heal. We all have emotional wounds, some fresh, some hidden deep inside covered by emotional scar tissue rather than wholly healed. These wounds affect our behaviour, and become our hot buttons. When something happens they get triggered and our reactions may not be the ones most constructive to our life. It causes self-sabotaging.
To move foward in life in a much more joyous way, we must heal fully. This mean to forgive everyone and everything around us. No matter what we think. This forgiveness give YOU power. The wounds begin to heal, and not be open or scarred. When events occur, rather than buttons being pushed, we view the situations from a much higher and healthier level, and thereby our actions, if any are needed, bring much better resolutions.
Meditate, prayer, affirm, forgive and heal. Judy
