Subject: Searching for Ballendirt, Ireland

Could anyone tell me where Ballendirt, Ireland is???

I received a death certificate for my great-grandfather, John MCCOOL. The certificate shows that he was born in Ballendirt, Ireland in 1869. He died in Canada. I can't seem to find this name anywhere.

Any information on Ballendirt or MCCOOL would be appreciated.
