Subject: I'm having the same problem. Everytime I click on picture it goes back to the desktop. Note: I've installed it on a new laptop. It kept getting "debug" on the other computer when I tried to save a stitch design.

I'm having the same trouble as the former messager-Anne. I've installed the program on a new laptop, but everytime I open it for a new design and click on the picture icon it reverts back to the file on the desktop. I've loaded up art work, transferred art work, changed the system it runs in (XP, 2000, and 98) It makes no difference. What is the problem? Linda
