繼《縱橫四海》於本週五落幕後，TV2每週一至五晚上7時02分的“金鳳凰劇場＂，將會播出另一齣膾炙人口的長篇連續劇《情深深雨濛濛》。

《情深深雨濛濛》改編自瓊瑤的名作之一的《煙雨濛濛》，16年前的電視版本是由秦漢、劉雪華、谷音及趙永馨等主演，而這個21世紀的新版本則由新一代的偶像趙薇、古巨基、林心如及蘇有朋等主演，在劇情上亦較舊版本稍作更動。

內容是以1936年的上海為背景，同是19歲的陸依萍（趙薇）與陸如萍（林心如）是同父異母的姐妹，依萍將她對父親的怨恨全報復在妹妹如萍的身上，刻意奪其所愛何書桓（古巨基），而正氣凜然的記者何書桓徘徊在陸家兩姐妹的感情關係中，最後還是選擇了依萍。

如萍在傷心之餘，幸好有1位對她一往情深的杜飛（蘇有朋）陪伴左右，可是如萍對書桓一直未能忘情，造成4人錯綜複雜的多角戀關係……。
