I think there's much more to running a Website than just posting news: it's just the visible side of the iceberg. There are plenty of issues to deal with: hosting, graphics, coding, advertisement, search engine submission, staffing and more. I find great that Duncan still posts a lot of news, but he shouldn't be obligated to do it and the same apply to DJ. As the team grows and the site evolves, tasks have to be delegated and and to be able to delegate you need people that you can count on.
