understand where you are comming from, but just becasue it is cheaper in mexcio does not mean it is better, Look at the pregnancy rates and success of having another baby by reading and researching on who you are considering. Mexico should be the last resort. Dr. Berger is one of many that has had very high success rates of pregnancy and delivery after the reversal. Be very leary on sites that have nothing but good to say and np negatives, remember this is your body and going outside the usa if something happens means that you ca not hold the outside foreign doctor accountable if something goes wrong or happens. Check credintals of the doctor. There are many doctors in the US as low as $3,000.00.
