Ok, I've read alot on here about Doc P... first of all, I'd like to say I went to him last year in August.. I had a WONDERFUL experience despite being told I had no chances other than IVF from doctors here in the US... Well, I had plenty of tubes and have gotten pg twice... (Only I've lost them both due to unstable hormone levels which are currently being dealt with)... But anyways.. I *used to be a member on the Rio Bravo board too but that didn't last long because my posts were edited or deleted at the least mention of anything that had to do with BDing or anything having to do with TTC basically.. Well, I thought that was really stupid so I left and I do agree some of those people on that board are a taco short of a mexican platter...to be kind. ;) I mean, what the heck are you going to do after a TR, twiddle your thumbs???? My point is... PLEASE don't let a few nuts on a yahoo board ruin your outlook on Doctor Perez.. They were SO kind and wonderful to us and I couldn't be happier with the results.. Now, I can't sit here and vouch for ALL doctors in Mexico, but Dr. Perez is one I've had personal experience with and he is very skilled and experienced and you WILL NOT regret your choice going to him.. As far as the cars being broken into or money being stolen.. I can't say I've had any experience about that in Mexico.. we took a taxi directly to the doors of the hospital and I had Levi guard my money during surgery *just for precaution of being in unfamilar place*.. I wasn't in fear anyone would take it per say, just being cautious as I would anywhere.. Even here in the states I have my DH guard my purse and hold my things and we lock our car etc.. Just common sense to protect your things I'd say.. Anyways.. that's all I have to say.. hope this helps some of you that are confused about all this... Good luck to all in your journey!
