Ever watch Unwrapped on the Food Channel? The topic last night was potatoes, and one of the segments featured a couple of guys here in Seattle who sell Bonsai Potato kits. It even comes with a cardboard cutout to stick in the display and gaze upon while you impatiently wait for your spud to sprout, heh.
