Jones Soda isn't seltzer, but I'm sure it'd have a similar result in jello as club soda does. That sparkling jello is definitely snazzy looking.

I quit eating jello several years ago after finding out what's in it. Yet, I still eat fast food and other hazardous waste. Go figure. So, I might as well go out and get a packet of jello and a bottle of Jones and try it out, just to see.
