Glad you enjoyed the article - one of my main goals here is to share good information that might help people. Plus making friends and having fun too of course! ;-) I didn't know you had the sciatic nerve problem too! Me too! It got to the point I could no longer do my usual 2-3 hour commute (round-trip) in rush hour traffic anymore cause that is the driving leg of course.
