Hello all! Just a note to fill you in on the latest updates on Fibrocloud just in case you missed them or were just 'hankering' for something to do...

1. Don't miss the radio interview with Lauren Hillenbrand, the author of Seabiscuit - you can listen to an audio file recording of it on the Fibrocloud home page, just scroll down to the Of Interest section.

2. Need some grilling ideas? Check out the Recipe Share page. I also added a Smothered Pork Chop recipe that sounds really good.

3. On the new Find a Doc page you will find the following:

a. Links to listings of doctors who specialize in fibromyalgia and/or chronic fatigue immune defiency syndrome as well as links to other physician listings

b. A tool kit with many good forms and handouts you can use to help educate others, including your doctor

c. A guideline on how to select a physician

d. the newest form added may be one of the most helpful - the Initial Doctor Visit Questionnaire - extremely helpful even on a regular doctor visit. Good to fill out before you go in and it may help you to remember things once you get there.

4. If you really like radio files - here's another timely one - take a listen to the one about Importing Perscription Meds - very eye opening. You'll find the link to it in the Prescription post from me below on this board. Also a link to real.com in case you need to download the free realplayer.

P.S. A special thanks to Niki for sending me good materials and giving me a heads up on them! ;-)
