Morning gang! It is sunny here in NC today with lower humidity and a little cooler temps (low 80's) as we had a cold front come through yesterday.

For those of you who came to chat last night - sure enjoyed it! For those of you who missed it - we missed you! And a special welcome to the new folks who wended their way to the site. Glad to have you!

I may work on the web site today--am considering re-vamping the look of the front home page and perhaps adding some other pages with some fibro basics as there seem to be so many newbies diagnosed lately....am considering...

Any suggestions or ideas? Bring 'em on...the more heads the better!
