Hi sister! Wow - your post blew me away! You couldn't have said it any better. Yes, I do think that is how we feel about one another. Particularly supporting each other through the good and the bad, and how we understand without even thinking about it why others may not post regularly or often. *big hug* If anyone understands it is certainly this bunch, this FMily. With all of the different kinds of challenges we face, and the variability of our condition - understanding is a given here.
If anything we are just happy when a person does post or feels comfortable sharing their feelings, achievements, or problems. No pressure, no requirements - just acceptance, love/friendship, and open discussion.
Oh and yes - you aren't the only one using a cane. I just turned 47 and I have to use the shopping carts where ever I go as a cane. I'm almost at the point of using those motorized carts the stores provide now. And I am going out to get a cane this week (finally - arg!). I hate it too, but when you gotta, ya gotta. Heck I want to be going places when I can! Maybe we should develop our own group logo sticker for our canes, carts, or computers hehe.
