Nancy, I am so sorry.I know how it feels to get turned down, and I know how it is to really need the money and nothing you do seems to work. I can't understand why they keep turning you down.!!! Do they not have eyes in thier heads ??? Can't they see that you are in pain, and I am like you, can't they read???
There is one thing I did different this last time, I went down to our congressmans office, and took some copy's of my Dr.'s reports, and a letter from my therapist.
The lady that works in the office talked to me and found out what had happened. In about a week I recieved a letter from his office in DC, and then in about three weeks I got another one saying that he had sent a request in to Nashville to the disability people, and then I waited about another two weeks and got a letter from him and it had thier reply to him attached saying that they were working on my file.
Then finally I got the one I had been waiting for, I will continue to pray for you and all the others that are trying to get disability. It is so hard to get people to understand that this stuff HURTS !!!
They can't seem to understand that you will never be the person that you were a few years ago. I know I have been going down hill for about five or six years, and I will continue to do so. I love each and every one of you guys, and you are always in my thoughts and prayers.
