I'm very glad to know that you are taking good care of yourself - that is crucial and even more so during stressful times. Good work! I'm so sorry to hear about your friend. I've known several women who went through it too. I just started collecting those Yoplait yogurt lids to send in so they'll donate to breast cancer research - think it is E's the Koman Foundation. Every little bit helps!
