Hope to see you all in chat tonight. I'll try to pop in for at least a short while after I get off work. Looking forward to seeing you all there.

I could use a few prayers and healing thoughts to help me make it through the day. Friday is my day to work all day. It's going to be difficult to teach my class this a.m. because I had very little sleep last night and every muscle in my body is screaming out in pain. I think this is oficially a flare now. I think all the recent stress, worry, and pain has gotten the best of me. I know I will make it through the day, just not sure how. I will rely on the support and caring I receive here to carry me through.

Hope you all have a good day with little or no pain.
