Hi Melanie,
Good afternoon and so nice to hear from you. One half hour before you eat you take a pill for carbs and fats.This is my 3 day on the diet. Breakfast oatmeal and one piece of toast which was the crust today and a piece of banana and 1/2 cup tea and water.Which Im doing alright eat my main meal at early afternoon 3:15. Leftover filet fish and one hashbrown& one piece of sausageI/2cup diet pop and water & desert one banana . Immediately after the meal take pill to help loss weight.Then later eat salad or veg or fruit and drink alot of water all day.

They have a 7 day diet and it has alot of food in it . To much I think so Im just making up my own meals. I use to work in kitchen and we had to prepare the meals for different diets in the Nursing Home for the clients
I looked at the scale and already loss one pound but that must be water.

Sorry you are having so much pain. My pain is tolerable but I can't stop having this Broncitus and earaches and neck aches.Trying to get caught up around here and after my naps working on it . I get so worn out.
