Hang in there and rest when you need to...if anything I've learned to be less hard on myself when dealing with this condition. And when we push ourselves or overdo - it makes the fibro worse. I do find that (as with many of us) my best or peak time for energy or getting things done seems to be between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. generally.

It certainly is frustrating I know! Takes me 2-4 times longer to do just about anything these days. But it is true that the house cleaning will always need doing and the world won't stop spinning tomorrow if we let it go some, or take longer to do it.

Hope you can try to do a little something for yourself each day too - whether it is reading a poem, lighting a candle and relaxing a little, smelling or planting a flower, etc. Anything that you enjoy...

I went to see Pirates of the Caribbean today - that was fun! Daughter is now gaga for Johnny Depp (sigh)...
