Having hte same problem with sleep... got on the nap cycle... wreaks havoc on my sleep everytime, helps me get through the day, but then up all night...got to get on schedule, like that evr works out:)

Hard to believe it was still edible but they have workde wonders with that frozen stuff
I have a friend that works for Schwann's, I am sure they will get a kick out of that
