It's so good to see things picking up on the boards here and at Boo's site.

Tess, I got your icq message and email about the chat tonight and fortunately David is picking up the girls for swim practice so I'll be home and won't miss this one. I'm so excited to catch up with everyone again.

Casey, it's nice to meet you. It sounds like you've got a great doctor. You might want to talk to her about Dr. Paul St. Amand's protocol for fms treatment with guaifenesin. You can get more information at www.guaidoc.com. I've been on it since May 2000 and Char has been on it a few months longer than me. It works! I've got other things going on so I'm not doing as well as Char but my fms symptoms are pretty much under control.

Char, It's great to hear how you're doing.

For those others I have met officially yet. . . I'm looking forward to getting to know you.
