THANKS TESS for posting the article on magnesium. After researching yrs ago, before my dx with FM, I found so much information on magnesium. I had come to the conclusion that this was one of the major things my body was deficient in. Two years ago I added a liquid nutrient that contains magnesium among other good things. I have regained so much energy, mental clarity, and pain relief. In fact, when my supply ran out about six weeks ago, within a week I was in trouble with pain and fatigue. What a time to get a flare! After taking the supplement for a week, I was again regaining "myself" again. I have other friends who take similar supplement combinations who have gotten good results.
