accounts can only receive payments funded by Credit Card, Debit Card or Buyer
Credit at the rate of 5/year and the fees are too high for $1.00 payments to be
worth much so do not use these methods of payment. Information collected to
create a personal account may include a bank account or card information for
verification but is not required.

Monthly limits on your personal PayPal account:
For security reasons, there are initial limits on the amount of money you can
send, receive, and withdraw from your personal PayPal account. It’s easy to
lift these limits – simply verify your bank account or card information.
Receiving limits apply only to the following payment types: eBay Items, Auction

Step #3
After sending the money to the 10 people on the list, remove the email address
next to the #1 on the list and move the rest of the email addresses up one
position (#2 becomes #1, #3 becomes #2, etc?) Then place your email address
that’s registered with PayPal in the #10 position for future postings, and save
this file. VERY IMPORTANT/REMEMBER: Use the same EMAIL ADDRESS that is
registered with YOUR PayPal account or you won’t receive the $ $ $.

Step #4
Copy and paste this letter into at least 100 Message Boards, Chat Rooms, or
Newsgroups. Easy, that’s all there is to it. Just post it where at least 100
people will see it. There are close to 32,000 groups. Post it to 100, but
remember, the more you post, the more money you make - as well as everyone else
on the list! DON'T MULL OVER IT, JUST 50 MIN OF YOUR TIME AND A MEASLY $10,

HOW TO POST TO NEWSGROUPS & MESSAGE BOARDS

Step 1) You do not need to re-type this entire letter to do your own
posting. Simply put your CURSOR at the beginning of this letter and drag your
CURSOR to the bottom of this document, and select 'copy' from the edit menu.
This will copy the entire letter into your computer's temporary memory.

Step 2) Open a blank 'Notepad' (or your favorite text editor) file and paste or

Step 3) Save your new Notepad file as a .txt file (or whatever extension works
best with your editor). If you want to do your postings in different sittings,
you'll always have this file to go back to. Always make back up copies of all
files and store them in different locations just in case.

EXAMPLE: Use any search engines like yahoo.com, google.com, altavista.com,
and/or excite.com - then search with subjects like, Millionaire message board,
money making message board, opportunity message board, employment message
board, money making discussions, money making forum and/or business message
board, etc.
Find the option to post a new message. Start with the message boards one by
one. Jump to different newsgroups and post away.
After you get the hang of it, it will take about 30 seconds for each newsgroup!

Participants with out web sites may want to skip message boards with message
size restrictions but you do not have to. The instructions should remain
complete. The optional perpetual site promotion will cause the file size to
increase, requiring more room in future postings.

For message boards with a number of characters or message size limit: Place
the title in the subject area. In the message box put:

If you have your own web site you can replace the URLs in the short message
with your own URL(s) and file name, otherwise just leave the current one(s)
in. Be sure the email address list is current. A copy of this document can be
one of the items to select from your site menu.

A free web site can be obtained by going to www.yahoo.com, clicking on
GeoCities in the left margin near the bottom, clicking on "Sign Up Now", and
clicking on "Sign Up" if you do not have a "YahooID" and get registered.
Registered users can go to the File Manager to edit a new file into the HTML
editor. Sign in to GeoCities, click on "Manage" on the "GeoCities Control
Panel", click on "File Manager" in "File Management Tools", click on "Open File
Manager", then click on "New".

To show the message from a web site, copy it into an HTML editor between the
body and end body tags. Place an xmp tag followed by three blank lines between
the body tag and the top of the message. Enter three blank lines and an end
xmp tag after the end of this file before the end body tag. Give the file a
name like paypalpost.html or ppp.html and save.
