There is no way to prevent a decision made by an individual at a spicific moment. I don;t understand how there can be a suicide medication to pervent suicide, it seems to be wierd. There is no medication to change a person;s path of thought in the direction of suicide except if we talk with them and stop trying to be fake. I understand that there are prescriptions such as zoloft to control anxiety and such disturbed pains but to change a person's thought on something serious as suicide with a vaccine seems to be unreal. If I am unable to understand this clearly and if I've missed your point than please email me.
