Guess the best answer to your question is yes and no at least at this point. Yes, they are a bit closer in season three but have either spent too much time flirting or being interrupted when things do get serious. There was one major turning point in the episode Legacy, he told her that he loved her however she then in a very emotional way told him that he can't, then they were interrupted again. The next episode Trapped will possibly continue this to where we might find out why she's holding back. As to where you can find the new season, it all depends on where you are and whether you have an affiliate showing it. My best advice to you is to go to TV Guide online and do a search to see if you can't find it. From what you have told me I can only gather that you are now seeing it on TNT which has the first two seasons. I think the odds are pretty good if they continue to air it that before long they will add the third season as well since it will be wrapping up in a few weeks.
