習慣出國返台隨身攜帶免稅菸品入境的
民眾要注意了！台北關稅局最近已通令
各海關人員加強查緝，發現民眾攜帶
超過法定的一條香菸者，除了沒收外
，也將列為出入境查緝對象。

台北關稅局說，今年六月一日開始，
菸品「健康福利捐」由每條（兩百支）
一百元，調高為兩百元後，
旅客攜帶超量免稅香菸入境的案件明顯增加。

台北關稅局最近查獲一位女性旅客，
從香港搭乘中華航空班機返台時，
將一百三十五條香菸放置於手提行李，
並走不用申報的綠線通關，結果當場
被海關攔檢，海關退還其中一條香菸後
，其餘一百三十四條香菸全數沒收。
