國際原油8月份到26日為止，每桶均價116.736美元，相較7月份的均價13
3.485美元下跌12.5％，不過航空公司使用的航空燃油，要到9月份才能調降，8月份的油
料成本比7月份還高些，以國內航線來說，8月份中油提供的航空燃油，每公升收費新台幣
36.77元，比7月的36.28元高了1.3％。
　航空業者指出，油價下跌航空公司並不能立刻享有利益，要等到一個月後油公司根據上
個月平均油價計算出新的航空燃油費用，才有辦法享受到好處，不過油價上漲時的效應，
也是遞延一個月，不像海運市場油價每天都在變動，而且飛機因油箱小，再加上降落時安
全考量，無法像船公司那樣，選擇在油價低的港口多家些油。
