實際上應看你的旅程長短，若需要在火車上過夜，我個人強烈建議，最少一定要硬臥，因為除了可好好的睡一覺外，其環境比較乾淨在安全上也比較有保障，若是經濟許可，通常我都會坐軟臥，那真是有坐飛機頭等倉的感覺，在台灣好像沒有臥餔車，去大陸不妨體驗一下吧，若是可以兩男兩女包個軟臥車箱旅遊，是可以沒有人打扰的，真的很舒服很有趣的。
