I was born with my power strongly developed already. But i had to learn how to control it and harness it. Depending on what power you are trying ti work in you need metaphysical protection.... If you do not have a religion i would suggest that you sit in a ring of Sault. sounds crazy i know but it obsorbs energy. My protevtion is crystals but to each.their own it what YOU feel save with. Bit anyway once you have that established you sit qith your protection and focuse in your power. With me things just started to pop up at a young age. I can see/ speek with....non living people. Sometimes. Alot of the times they just yell or are confused. Anyway off topic. You have to go with what you feel you should be doing and DO NOT BE AFRAID! This is your GIFT cherish it. You can also hunt down a dvd called " physic push ups" as a teenager i watched those they helped alot. If you have anymore questions i would be happy to help :)
